What Causes Blood In Stool During Pregnancy?
hi there as been blood on the toilet roll after i have pased a stool but there is no pain passing it, im 24 weeks pregnant do you thingk this is anyting serious, also my granparent had bowl cancer not sure if it could be linked or if im being paranoid

Painless bleeding may be due to hemorrhoid. Take high fiber diet and drink plenty of water. Avoid spicy and fatty foods. Use Metamucil or Benefiber for constipation.
If symptoms do not improve, you can use Docusate for stool softening. Please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
