What Causes Blood In Stool Frequently During Pregnancy?

hi i am 26 weeks and 1 day pregnant, Lately i have been having bloody stool but its very frequent almost and everyday thing. And as of tonight it looked as if there was too small blood clots on my toliet tissue.. i have talked to my doctor and she said its hemroids BUT should i be bleeding as much as i am?

Hi, I have gone through your question. Haemorrhoids are a common cause of blood in stools in pregnancy. The severity and symptoms of haemorrhoids increase in pregnancy.
If you are having blood in stools daily, then you need to get treatment as soon as possible as chronic blood loss will lead to anemia and further complications in pregnancy.
