What Causes Blood In Stool Of A Kid With Rbc Count 2-4%?

Hi Doctor ,my kid is 4.5 months old ,since last 2 weeks his stool is having blood ,consulted a child specialist still after one week the problem is not cured.On first time when we checked rbc count on stool blood was 0-2 % and after one week now it's showing 2-4 % ,Please advice me on this scenerio

I really appreciate your concern, what the report of stool examination is given here it may not be indicative of blood in stool but it is the normal range of RBC in stool, you have not mentioned the clinical symptoms if child is ever have, if no symptoms is there then it is nothing to worry, it is not the blood stained stool hope this information helps.
