You seem to suffer from IBS-Irritable Bowel Syndrome-with Dysentry-last month.Food Induced infection caused Dysentry with
Spastic Colon. This gives severe cramping and
abdominal pain in lower left Stomach. The inflamed bowel irritating left testicular vessels / nerves.Stabbing pains are from the
Colitis.History of crohn's though present in the family, has 50 % chance even if one of the parents has positive history.
Avoid spicy / nonveg diet frequently taken, with alcohol / and drinks. Start taking and restricting to high fiber / high vegetable diet to avoid recurrence.
Avoid Job
stress / Excessive travelling jobs/lot of bike travelling with exess in street food would lead to such Dysentry attacks with Spastic Sigmoid Colitis. Add regular walking Exercises would keep bowel movements normal.

This would keep your bowels healthy and fit.
Rule out any IBS/
