Hi. Thanks for the query. From your history, i believe you must be suffering from a condition called internal haemorroids, commonly known as piles. Since its painless, it cant be a anal fissure or an external haemorroids. Most of the time, this condition subsides with proper diet (lots of fiber and green leafy vegetables) but in case the condition worsens you may have to get a surgery done to get rid of it. But of course, its always better to show it to a surgeon to rule out other conditions.
