Last night wasn t the first time I had to pull out the poop with me finger what could it be?? Plus I m cramping bad like I haven t pooped in a month.. should I be concerned???
Dear- thanks for using our service . I understand your situation, you are suffering from a severe case of constipation. It is important to increase the fiber in your diet, drink a lot of water and eat more vegetable and fruits. It is not normal that you have not moved your bowel in a month. The blood in your stool is mostly secondary to the strain that you had to do to get stools out. It could be an internal hemorrhoid that bleed or any other lesion in your colon. You need to see your primary care doctor to evaluate your condition and refer you to a gastroenterologist for a colonoscopy due to the rectal bleeding. I hope that my medical advise has been helpful. DrSara
