What Causes Blood In Stool?

Hello Doctor, I m 26 years age. Since last 7 months im getting blood while passing motion. Having lots of pain irritation and also getting like small minute 1mm or 1.5mm stones like granules. sometimes its unbearable with the stomach pain. I m worried whether is this any anal cancer or piles?

Hi thanks for asking question.
First you have to do your stool examination.
1.If pus cell and bacteria present then dysentery by shigella may be the cause.cefixime like antibiotic needed for it.
2.If stool show ameba egg then amebic dysentery is the cause and metronidazole needed for it.
If egg of other parasite present albendazole like drug needed.
3.This could be due to piles.proctoscopy examination needed for it.if it is there warm water sitz bath taken with stool softener and more water.
4.If still even cause not clear and bleeding continue endoscopy examination much needed to rule out any cancerous growth or inflammatory bowel disease.
Ultrasound abdomen also helpful.
My suggestion will surely help you to reach correct diagnosis.
