What Causes Blood In Stool?

I just found blood in the urine & stool. I am holistic. I started some supplements from Nature s Sunshine that I muscle tested positive for. Coworker gave me dried Merengue & Guinea Hen so I was looking them up. Both help with the FUNGI issue I know I have.

HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for choosing HCM, first thing you need to confirm the condition of hematuria and blood stain stool both of these can not be possible without any obvious disease and that could be medical emergency, and trauma else it may not be possible on its own without any disease or history of trauma.
Color of stool and urine depends upon the diet taken and it may not be the blood if no symptoms are there, just to confirm this urine and stool needs to be sent for lab test.
hope this information helps.
