Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic. I read carefully your query and I understand your concern.

The bleeding in your age probably is from hemorrhoids or anal fissure that are linked in with the lifestyle and diet, you should prefer a diet with vegetable, fruits, fiber and drink minimally 8 glass of water, this diet regime help your bowel movement and avoid constipation that can lead to anal fissure and to blood stool and also you should continue the sport activity because it help to prevent a lot of health problem.
