Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. It is likely that you are having gastroenteritis . You should have stool r/e ,c/s and stool for ova and parasites. Most of the times it gets better on its own but if fever and bloody stool is persisting than you may need antibiotics. Other possibility is that you may be having hemorrhoids . To diagnose hemorrhoids your physician will do digital rectal examination and can proceed with proctoscopy. Hope this answers your question.
