Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Blood streaking of stools with no associated increase in frequency of stools and no loose stools then possibility of anal fissure as cause of symptoms needs to be ruled out.
Diagnosis will depend on good clinical examination of the lesion.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
Best Regards
