I am five weeks pregnant and I noticed I pooped out blood today, it was in my actual poop. The color was orange/red. The water bowl was only a slight tint of the blood. I called the doctor today and haven t had a call back. Also I have protein in my urine at level 3. I have had the runs since yesterday but I have only gone a total of 3 times. Please help, this is my first pregnancy!
At five weeks of pregnancy, if your urine contains proteins 3+, you must be having either urinary infection or high blood pressure. Do you have pus cells in the urine? Please report to the doctor and get it sorted out.
Red stools could be due to blood in the stools. This bleeding in the intestinal tract could have occurred due to high blood pressure. The piles could have ruptured due to high blood pressure. Please do not ignore. Report to the doctor ASAP and get yourself thoroughly examined and investigated.
This does not seem to be a complication of pregnancy, however, urinary infection and/or the blood pressure may cause sever complications like retarded baby growth, risk to baby's life, seizures, liver failure, bleeding in the vital organs including brain, etc. in your pregnancy. Please report to the Obstetrician and Physician ASAP.
