Constipation during pregnancy is common and the bleeding might be due to the same. You can prevent pregnancy-related constipation by improving your eating and exercise habits.
Eat a high-fibre diet including fruits and vegetables.
Try to avoid drinks such as tea, coffee and junk foods which make you constipated more often.
Staying active and exercising will help to prevent constipation.
Drink at least 1.5 litres of water daily and start your day with a cup of warm water with a slice of lemon before you have anything else to eat or drink.
Kindly follow these advice.
But remember one thing that if the bleeding continues for longer time it may be due to haemorrhoids (piles), fissures or polyps.
So rule out these possibilities by contacting your doctor if you have the same.
All the best & take care.
