Hi my i have a 5 year old daughter yesterday after she went to the toilet i noticed there was blood in the toilet but wasnt sure whethere it was from me as it was my perion but this morning she went and there was blood in the toilet and on the tissue when i wiped her what could this be please

Hi.does the child have pain during passing stools? If it is so then anal fissure can cause such symptom. Another cause is local trauma due to passage of hard stools. Sometimes the child may have polyp which can bleed.
