Dear sir.

Thanks for your query in hcm. I am Dr.Aliem and I am pleased to answer your query. Passing blood in urine has many causes. In your case, it may be due to your kidney stones getting migrated downwards in to your lower urinary passage, causing erosion and bleed. Or it may be due to the drugs taken by you for 'thinning' your blood (eg. aspirin). These drugs are given for all patients who are treated with coronary stents. I have some suggestions for you, and I want some details about you, so as to help you better.
Suggestions :
1. Please try to quit smoking altogether, because it is not good for your heart which is already affected.
2. Try to minimise the quantity of beer consumed.

Please provide the following details :
1. What drugs are you on now?
2. What is the site & size of the stone, as per your latest scan reports?
3. Do you have pain during urination?
4. Did you ever have fever/chills recently?
5. What is the platelet count, as per your latest blood test reports?
Awaiting your reply. Dr.Aliem MD.,
