What Causes Blood In Stools?

Dear Doctor,
I am a 39 year old male. I have been recently suffering from bloody stools. The blood is bright and comes at the last point leading to some burning sensation. I have had no history of piles or hemorrhides. Otherwise I have no pain during passing of stools.
Yours,

Hi Chinanand,

I understand your concern.

The bright blood appearing at the end part of your stool is suggesting internal hemorrhoids.

Although you don't recall to have piles or hemorrhoids, you might have suffered of constipation recently or any other changes in bowel movement.

Further consultation with proctologist recommended together with colonoscopy.

Keep good local hygiene.
Wish fast recovery.
