What Causes Blood In The Urine In Women?

I had a surgical abortion (8 weeks) with general anesthesia on Friday, July 11. I had little bleeding, and little cramps. It is now Monday, and I believe I started having a slight headache on Saturday (left temple). As of Monday morning, I had not taken any of the pain medication prescribed to me. When I noticed that I was still having the headache (off & on), and a little cramping yesterday & today, I took 2 of the 7.5 mg/325 mg Hydrocodones. The cramping/abdominal pain did subside. The headache, dull, is still here. Along with a stiffness in my neck and upper back area. When I go to urinate, there is a bit of red discharge, but it s not every time, and it does not have an odor that I can tell. I have no other symptoms, as I have been checking my temperature and taking my antibiotics twice a day as instructed. I just wanted to know if I should be concerned. Could there be an infection?

If the abortion was done then some time such bleeding is common and this comes around even without the medicines seldom this needs medicines this is not the infection and for prophylactic antibiotic purpose anti-biotic can be given and the best option would be Tab Amoxicillin 5oo mg three times in day, hope this information helps you, take care.
