Hallow Dear,

It seems she has got post coital urinary infection. It is a known occurrence in a girl who has recently started sexual life. This infections could be a sexually transmitted infection, which be clear only after thorough investigations. For STI, both of you will have to take simultaneous treatment.

Urinary infections are rather notorious and need meticulous treatment. Please get her urine culture and sensitivity test done which will reveal the causative organisms and the antibiotics to which they are sensitive. Accordingly, she will have to take the appropriate line of treatment.

Tell her to drink plenty of water.

Please observe sexual abstinence till the infection is completely eradicated.

I hope this helps you.
