What Causes Blood In Urine After Stopping Oral Contraception?

I stopped taking my birth control(Depo) on November 4th. I came on my cycle November 30th, it lasted heavy flow for about 4 days. Today is the 7th and when I urinate I see drops of blood I also see drops on a pantiliner. Could this just be an effect from me stopping the birth control or is it a sign I could be pregnant?

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Hormonal withdrawal can lead to heavy and prolonged bleeding.I would suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.
If negative, then do wait for 2-3 menstrual cycles , as periods will regularize by then.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
