Hello you need not to worry i can understand your problem and try to guide you in best possible way
this could be due to kidney stones or UTI/STI I would like to know about the lump.on testis is it on the scotum or inside it on testis is it fixed or movable Any History of pain
this could be a sebaceous cyst or varicocoele you should see a general surgeon for examination and investigations if indicated any
you may require a course of antibiotics depending upon the urine culture and sensitivity report have plenty of fluids maintain good hygiene wishing you good health
