Hello, I went through details of your clinical symptoms. After that I came to conclusion that your findings are not suggestive of any one particular disease.Sometimes, after hysterectomy, intestinal adhesion develops that might causes bloating, nausea, vomiting and pressure filling but its very unlikely to cause any allergy to foods. This allergy symptoms might be your own misinterpretations.
Another cause for your abdominal symptoms give the clue of Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS).
Liver Hamngioma per se a benign tumor and does not cause any abdominal symptoms except some mechanical symptoms if its size is so large.
The cause of your hematurea is different intity. I think you are suffering from painless hematurea (because no severe pain during micturition). Most common cause for painless hematurea is Tuberculosis bladder. And sometimes it is not visible in CT and USG. So go for Quantiferon study. Although this is not the confirmtory test for bladder TB.

Summary: Do Quantiferon test for TB (TB Gold), take a treatment for IBS. Nothing to worry about Hemangioma.
