Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about hematuria of your patient.

Pain associated hematuria (blood in urine) can be because of kidney stone or even acute urinary tract infection.
If the pain was colicky in nature it must be because of kidney stone. Sometimes small kidney stone passes through uriter and causes much pain.
If pain was with burning sensation it could be because of urinary tract infection.

He needs to go for lower abdomen scan for further evaluation.
Generalized tiredness can be associated with infection or Anemia.

Hope my answer will help you and visit us back if you have any further questions for us.

Regards
Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
