What Causes Blood In Urine?
I have passed about 30 plus kidney stones since I was 26. I am a 52 year old female. Had blood in urine last week and this week it stopped being pink and red and turned normal color but still cloudy and foul smelling. I now have spasm feelings in my pelvic area. Not sure if I have a kidney infection or kidney stones. I took 2 AZO standards to get through the night and some pain pills but I thought if it was a kidney stone it would have passed unless it is stuck in the bladder. I may need to see my doctor tomorrow.

It sounds like a urinary tract infection. You'd better do a urinalysis, which may provide evidence of a urinary tract infection like white blood cells and nitrates. In that case you'll have to take an antibiotic. The choice depends on your medical history (allergies, recent antibiotic exposure, etc).
If no sign of infection is present then you're going to need a radiologic assessment of the urinary tract.
