What Causes Blood In Urine?
I had a heavy workout today At the gym from being gone for about 2 weeks this isn t new but I felt some abdominal pain and went to the bathroom and there was blood in my urine very slightly not a lot, I am sexually active and have protected sex at all times. I had my period 3 weeks ago also, what causes the blood in my urine after my workout?

Dear I think u had Myoglobinuria and not exactly blood in urine, because of heavy workout at gym after a break of two weeks. In future start workput slowly and than increase it slowly to avoid Myoglobinuria.
