What Causes Blood In Urine?

blood in urine----minor itch or ache in penis.
ongoing symptoms------frequent urges to urinate, difficulty with urine retention, have had several
prior infections and have had surgery for urinary blockage.
I'm 80 years old and otherwise not in bad health. very active.

Urinary tract infection is the most common cause , Kindly get a urine routine and urine culture. Urinary stones in urinary system with your age we need to assess your prostate by ultrasound and serum PSA level which will let us know any lower urinary tract symptoms related to enlarged prostate or any other issues. Evaluation of prostate is most important in your case.
