What Causes Blood In Urine?

39 y/o female on coumadin for a positive lupus anticoagulant and anticardiolipin . My INR was 2.7 on Friday I have had my period for one week now and this morning when I woke up and urinated there was blood in my urine, and I'm fairly sure it wasn't from my period. What should I do?
