Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Blood in urine (hematuria)may be due to many reasons like UTI,Calculus in kidneys or urinary bladder, tumour, trauma etc.
You need clinical correlation and few investigations.
You need investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen.Further investigations like CT scan can be done if needed.

Ultrasound is important to screen probable causes.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Hope i have answered your query.
Get well soon.
