What Causes Blood In Urine?

When I pee lately it feels weird, no pain just out of the ordinary feeling. After I wipe there is blood. I just ended my period, so I know it s not that. I was wondering what it could be and how serious it is. Can you help me? I am 18, about 5 foot 8 inches, and weigh about 126 pounds. I am normally a very healthy person.

Go for ulrasound to know the kidney stone or any kidney changes in u..dont neglect..or any infection in ur kidney can also cause like this..hope I am helpful
