What Causes Blood In Urine?

I m 13 going to be 14 soon. My period starts on the 30th this month but I ve noticed a day or two ago that when I pee and then wipe there will be light blood on the toilet paper but none in my underwear. I m scared and don t want to talk to my mom about this please help!

You have problem of blood in urine that may be because of urinary tract infection.

Do a urine test and microscopic examination for diagnose.
Cystitis may ruled out.
Kidney infection may cause blood in urine .

Kidney stone also cause blood in urine problems.
Ultra sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.
Consent a urologist for further diagnosis.
Proper physical examination and history give exact idea about disease.
