Hi,

For blood-stained vaginal discharge, you need to investigate with USG pelvis scan and pelvic examination is needed for further work up.

According to cause specific treatment given.

If your urine pain continues then investigate with urine routine microscopic examination to rule out urinary tract infection.

If in pelvic examination any thick discharge present then your gynecologist will take a swab and will be sent for culture.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
