Pediatrician 's  Response
Dear friend,

This is a highly unusual symptom in a five-year old child. I mean the blood on her panties, unless she hurt herself there while playing. Do take a look at her private parts, both the front and the back under a good flashlight illumination. If in any doubt, take her to her pediatrician. There does not seem to be any relation between the blood on her panties and the occurrence of fever. The latter seems to have subsided anyway, but still, you should get her looked at by a pediatrician.
