What Causes Blood Pressure Fluctuations Along With Dizziness And Body Tremors?

I am on 6 mg prednisone, 80 mg of Valsart. I am 85 year old female. and seemingly in good health. I have had an ekg, came out good. blood work good, however, I have blood pressure variations from 98/65 to 167/84. waves of faintness, shakiness, and sometimes a fullness in chest. No Dr. seems to know what is wrong with me. Symptoms seems to relate to Valsart.

Blood pressure fluctuations may be due to stress, white coat hypertension, Drugs like adrenergic agonists, activity like walking, laughing, exercise, pheochromocytoma or autonomic neuropathy, etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. You may need 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, urine and blood sugar,thyroid status. Regular monitor blood pressure, healthy lifestyle and taking antihypertensive medication regularly may useful. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
