What Causes Blood Shot Eyes And Nose Bleeding After Cyst Removal From Tailbone?

I just had a cyst removed from my tail bone,when I was leaving hospital the nurses seen that my eyes were blood shot,well now that they both are.filled with blood now my nose is bleeding and I have bruising around my eyes. I have checked my blood pressure and its 116/63

If your BP is normal then bleeding time and clotting time is to be tested.Hemogram is to be done to rule out blood dyscriasis.
