What Causes Blood Shot Eyes While Suffering From Stomach Upset?

Hi, I am a 20 year old Arab male, 5'7", and about 155 lb. I recently ate something that really upset my stomach, which lead to vomiting and diarrhea, but the part that worried me was my eyes were almost entirely bloodshot, is that typical of food poisoning or should I be worried?

Hi !
No worry. It is not because of food poisoning.
It is because of leakage of small streak of blood from conjuctival capillaries due to strain of vomiting.
It will be alright in a fortnight or so.
no seperate treatment is required for this.
