What Causes Blood Spots In Urine?

Hi,
I have to urine quit a bit during the day but when I do only a bit of urine comes out, & my uretha hurts with this strange feeling. Then when I go to wipe I see like little strings and spots of blood on the toilet paper. Could you please let me know what this means?

I need further information regarding your age, complaints of any abdominal pain ,burning micturition,fever,vomiting,any history of recent trauma, have you ever diagnosed before with ureteric calculi .its better to consult urologist with your renal parameters report and urine routine and microscopy and to take ultrasound abdomen and pelvis .I would be glad to provide answers to any further queries.
