hi i am on my period and itis very painful i am bein sick a lot and today when i bein sick there bits of blood what does that mean and is there anything i can take
Sorry for the pain you're going through. It seems you have two queries, one regarding painful menstruation and another regarding blood in the vomitus.
For painful periods, I will advise you take some painkiller like mefenamic acid up to three times a day.
Blood in vomitus can be due to local trauma or persistent retching from your nausea however if the vomiting is more in quantity and it doesn't improve or another episode occurs, I would strongly suggest you see your doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
