What Causes Blood Taste In The Mouth Along With Headache?

I just got a taste of blood in my mouth, and it seems difficult to swallow. Immediately afterwards it felt as though I may pass out. I did not pass out but now I have cold sweats as though I passed out and a slight headache. I am a 26 year old male in relatively good shape and I don't live a sedentary life.

Do you have gum bleeding,dental caries, sore throat,sinus infection.Sore throat and sinus infection can cause phlegm which can cause bad taste along with cold sweats and headache.Do steam inhalation,chlorhexidine mouth washes and salt water gargles..
