What Causes Blood-tinged Diarrhea When Diagnosed With Crohn's Disease?

I was diagnosed with crohns disease after inflammation in the small intestine was seen. I have never had the bloody diarrhea that comes with crohns. I always had constipation and bloating. I am curious as to if this constipation evolves into diarrhea or if my flare up is having the constipation and bloating.

Hi you maybe having a combination of Crohn's which is in remission and IBS that is leading to current problem. I would advise you to take a laxative and enzyme preparation for constipation and bloating for the present and not worry about Crohn's.--regards
