Dear- If you are having blood in the urine , most likely is an urinary tract infection. However, you should have symptoms as frequency, burning when urinate and low abdominal pressure. If you don't have symptoms, then you need to have a renal ultrasound to check if there is any stone, mass or lesion giving this problem. My impression is that is the beginning of urinary tract infection so visit your doctor for a urine analysis and urine culture with sencitivity.
I hope that my advise has been helpful
