What Causes Bloody Fluid Through Anus After Bowel Moments?

hi, i had pile for many years and it got infection once awhile but recover in 1 or 2 weeks ,but reasonly it got infected again but this time 3 weeks still not recover and there's yellowish/greenish or sometime bloody fluid coming out of my anus and is very painful when i wash the pile after toilet is like ulcer around the pile and outside the anus, what could it be?

For hemorroid means piles following suggestion helpful..

Lignocain ointment apply before going toilet time.
Avoid constipation problem by taking high fiber foods and more water per day..
Stool softner can use for constipation problem.
Hydrocortisone ointment help to reduce a Inflammation.
Warm water sitz bath also helpful in piles.
Avoid excessive straining at toilet time.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
