doctor help i took an over dose of pills on wednesday or thursday 220 mg pain relief pills and ever since then i have been pooping blood...when ever i poop my stmach starts hurting and my head..i dont have insurance to go to the doctor and i dont have money to pay off the bills

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to gastritis and it could be due to the medicine taken so better to stop that medicine and you can start Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, if the symptom persist then it may not be gastritis but it could be hemorrhoid, fissure and other and to rule this out better to see the surgeon, constipation needs to be take care hope this information helps.
