Hello,

Blood in the stool may be due to mucosal tear or fissure or haemorrhoids or dysentery. Eat a soft diet, drink plenty of water.

If symptoms not improved please get examined for an anal canal for haemorrhoids or fissure then get treated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
