Understanding your concern. As per your query you have blue discoloration and bumps on the tongue which occurs when papillae become irritated and slightly swollen. It could be due to dehydration, stress , hormonal changes or acidic and spicy food. Apply antifungal ointment on vaginal lips as it will give better effects. Bumps on tongue generally doesn’t require treatment and clears up within 1- 2 weeks. You should coat the bumps well will antiviral ointment containing Acyclovir. Do warm saline rinses 2-3 times a day. If condition doesn't get better in few days then consult oral pathologist for proper checkup and rule out condition like herpes or canker sore. Drink plenty of liquids and vitamin supplements. For pain and if you also have fever Tylenol can be taken. Maintain good oral hygiene and drink plenty of water.
