What Causes Blurred And Double Vision?

I am a 53 yr old otherwise healthy woman. I have had blurred and DOUBLE vision for 6+ months. I am now being tested for Myasthenia Gravis, so far EMG is suggestive, but blood tests for MuSK and AChR antibodies not back yet. Now I am having intermittent Masseter muscle cramping - Can they related?
