What Causes Blurred And Multiple Vision?

Hi, Yesterday, after watching a movie for two hours on the computer screen, I looked over at my phone and could not read the letters and numbers clearly. Every detail I looked at was very blurry, even multiplied. I went in the mirror, and I could make out my face but my eyes looked blurry to me. It was like details were not in focus. What is wrong?

it may be computer vision syndrome. mainly it is dry eye. artificial tear drop should be used. anti glare specks can also help.should not use computer at a stretch. should take break and blink, move about in room go near window and look out side.
