What Causes Blurred Vision Along With Headache And Dizziness?

Hi ive been of work due to something that happend, my visiion went like a black out and i fell back into the wall and snapped back out of it straight away after wards i was shakey and heart was racing i get headaches at the front over my eyes quite alot and this is when i get this sinking feelings and dizziness
