What Causes Blurred Vision And Eye Soreness?

hi i have been having vision problems i had an eye exam last september and needed a new set of lenses... but in january i noticed that my vision at times was blurred and that my left eye was sore... i went to my primary care doctor upon request of my optomotrist.... no unusual findings with my blood work but an mri with and without contrast was done... it showed subcortical white matter lesions to suggest chronic ischemic small vessel disease , a demyelination disease ro other white matter disease... my vision was retested and it is way different than in september.... what could be going on?

Hello,

Blurred vision is due to refractive error soreness is due to inflammatory lesion if refractive error detected it should be duly corrected. An eye doctor should examine the eye for examination and diagnosis treatment noninflammatory lesion can recommend after that. You can apply ofloxacin 3% eye drop six hourly, and Neosporin ophthalmic ointment at bedtime.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
