What Causes Blurred Vision And Pain In Eye After An Eye Injury?
I was cutting my grass on a riding mower this afternoon. A rock went flying out of the chute, hit a piece of plywood and then proceeded to hit my eyeball. the force of the rock tore my contact lens. I now have some pain in the eye, many many red lines and blurry vision. There are occasional "stars". I am wondering if this requires a trip to the ER, or can it wait 10 hours until an urgent care clinic opens up for the day?
remove your contact lens, and get your self examined by eyendoctorinjory, of cornea is to be ruled out. if there is injury then antibiotic dr op like ofloxacin .3% 6 hourly to be started.Condition will improve when it is healed.
