Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

I carefully read your question and understand your concern.

Your symptoms could be related to different causes : including thyroid dysfunction, chronic anemia, low blood pressure, sleep apnea, etc..

Have you measured your blood pressure values?

So, I would recommend consulting with your attending doctor for a physical check up and some tests:

- a chest X ray study and respiratory function tests
- an arterial blood gas analysis
- a cardiac ultrasound
- thyroid hormone levels
- cortisol plasma levels for adrenal gland dysfunction
- complete blood count for anemia
- vitamin D and vitamin B!2 plasma levels for possible deficiency

A multi-sleep latency test may be needed in case sleep apnea is suspected.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards, Dr. Aida
