What Causes Blurred Vision In Left Eye Along With Tingling In Cheek?

I had been highway driving for 7 hours. I am a 65 year old female, on no medications, have no allergies, but have blurred vision in my left eye, and a tingle in my cheek. Is this cause for concern or am I just overtired. I didn't sleep well last night, and the highway drive was stressful.

yes you need a eye checkup. visual acuity, fundus examination and refraction is to be done. you have not given your visual status.
